WWII Veteran Injects Commercial Real Estate with a Tech Boost

WWII Vet John H. Kockos believes commercial real estate hasn't fully taken advantage of the information age. 

Thus, The 90-year-old businessman launched NDAXI.net in Burlingame, a program to help commercial real estate agents manage their listings more efficiently.

“My program is smarter, faster, priced to reduce operational costs, provides security for off-market listings, and is much more efficient than any other service currently available on the open market today," Kockos said to the media.

“Technology still has a lot more to offer humanity-if focused practically, but certainly offers more this day-without question, to the commercial real estate industry," he added. 

Established real estate businessman and WWII veteran Mr. John H. Kockos, has launched NDAXI.net. The revamped version of his program “Investment Properties Compu-match” (IPC), which operated successfully from 1980-86 and subsequently was even adopted for a short time by the National Association of Realtors is ready for action on the frontlines in an industry that has not fully taken advantage of the information age.

Kockos, a California native born in San Francisco, was one of the youngest Naval navigators in WWII. He has held his real estate license since 1947 and was the forerunner in Northern California for branch offices during the 1960s.
