101 Freeway Slowly Reopens After Big Rig Crash: SigAlert
A jackknifed big rig shut down the northbound lanes of the freeway, leading to a slow and rainy commute for many.

CALABASAS, CA – A SigAlert was issued Wednesday morning when a jackknifed big rig shut down the northbound 101 Freeway in Calabasas, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck occurred on the northbound lanes between Parkway Calabasas and Las Virgenes Road around 5:30 a.m., according to the CHP.
As of 8:20 a.m., the number one northbound lane was still blocked, but the number two, three and four lanes were open.
