Adidas Under Investigation After Grisly Injury At Yeezy Office

An employee was airlifted from the Calabasas office where Yeezys are designed after a massive 3D printer reportedly fell on his foot.

CALABASAS, CA – Adidas is being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration after an employee suffered from a grisly injury at Kanye West's Calabasas office where his Yeezys are designed, according to TMZ. Two months ago, a massive 3D printer fell over onto the employee's foot, and he was airlifted to the hospital, Hollywood Unlocked reported.

The employee's foot may have been amputated, sources told TMZ. The OSHA is now trying to determine if any workplace violations caused the accident, the website reported. If they find any willful or repeated safety violations, Adidas could face fines up to $129,000 per violation.

The employee hasn't returned to work, but has gotten his lawyer involved, according to Hollywood Unlocked.
