LOS ANGELES, CA, June 14, 2012 – Union Bank, N.A. today announced that Hal Abrams has joined its Consumer Lending group as a mortgage consultant based in Calabasas. In this newly created position, he is responsible for assisting clients with their personal mortgage needs when purchasing or refinancing a home in the communities of Calabasas, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades. Abrams reports to Vice President and Regional Sales Manager Mike McCormick.
“Hal has a strong customer commitment and industry expertise that will be an asset to our consumer lending team as we continue to serve the needs of our clients looking for a home loan,” said McCormick. “With a proven track record in the mortgage industry, I am confident that Hal will help support the overall growth of Union Bank’s Consumer Lending group.”
Abrams has more than 12 years of residential lending experience. He joins Union Bank after serving as a mortgage consultant for One West Bank. Prior to that, he was a mortgage broker for Platinum Real Estate Funding. Abrams holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
