CALABASAS, CA — Not even pumpkin patches are escaping the coronavirus in 2020, especially in a city named after them. The ongoing pandemic means many of the region’s pumpkin patches have had to adjust hours, regulations and activities as they head into fall. The beloved Calabasas Pumpkin Festival has postponed its activities until fall 2021.

Fortunately, the coronavirus has only changed — not completely closed — your favorite pumpkin patch and its offerings this fall. Below is a list of some of our favorite pumpkin patches near Calabasas.

Moorpark Farm Center

Pricing: $8 Monday-Friday, $15 Saturday-Sunday. Pre-sale discounted online tickets for Oct. 3, 4, and 31 available Sept. 1 through Oct. 2. Children under 2 are free. Seniors, military, veterans, and emergency first responders get $2 admission discount daily, with valid ID. Season pass holders get free admission weekdays and half-price admission weekends.

Nights of the Jack

Attractions: One-mile, self-guided drive-thru experience with larger than life pumpkin installations and detailed artist depictions of celebrities.
