Calabasas Condo Fire: 1 Arrest Made
Lost Hills Sheriffs suspect that an arsonist is responsible for a Friday afternoon condominium fire.
CALABASAS, CA —One person was arrested Sunday in connection with a Calabasas condo fire believed to be arson, according to The Acorn.
The blaze began around 2:30 p.m. Friday at a condo on the 4200 block of Las Virgenes Road, near the intersection with Willow Glen Street. The fire was put out in around 15 minutes, and only damaged a first-floor unit, according to LA County Fire Capt. Sheila Kelliher. No one was injured.
Lost Hills arson and explosives personnel are on the scene investigating, Sgt. Chris Soderlund told The Acorn. No details regarding the suspect’s identity were given.
