Fire Destroys Hidden Hills Barn
A fire broke out in a barn near the 6000 block of John Muir Road Wednesday morning.
HIDDEN HILLS, CA — Firefighters contained a fire that broke out in a barn on the 6000 block of John Muir Road in Hidden Hills. The fire broke out around 5:20 a.m. Wednesday morning and burned down a roughly 100 x 100 foot barn, according to Christopher Thomas of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
A team of 115 personnel were able to stop the spread of the fire, and no other animals, people, or structures were damaged, Thomas said. Knockdown was called at 6:17, and crews are still on site as of 10 a.m. Wednesday cleaning up.
The cause is still under investigation.
