'Happy To Be Daughter Of Hardworking Mom': Mother's Day Photo

CALABASAS, CA – Whether it's through their personalities, their looks or a combination of both, daughters become a reflection of the women who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

This adorable photo is of mom Gloria and daughter Claudia Andrade, both from the San Fernando Valley. It was taken on mom's first cruise in the middle of the ocean. We just celebrated her 60th birthday, but we will say she's 21, Claudia wrote about mom.

"I just want to say that I'm happy to be the daughter of a hard working woman and wouldn't want it any other way," she wrote. "Thank you for everything, mom."
