Two private investors from Calabasas bought a $60 million portfolio of apartments, according to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
Sean Baker and Gary Simons of Upside Investments Inc. purchased Crenshaw Village, a 669-unit apartment portfolio in Baldwin Hills, said the report.
