New Comedy Show To Debut In Calabasas

CALABASAS, CA — If you need a night of belly laughs, one of the first comedy shows in Calabasas is debuting at Sagebrush Cantina on Tuesday, June 25. Calabasas Comedy Night will bring some of LA's top comedians to the valley for a night of fun featuring comedians Adam Yensor (of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and "Conan"), Jon Rudnitsky (of "Saturday Night Live" and "Catch 22" on Hulu) and more.

Jason Blackman and Jason Bader, who have been a comedy duo known as The Jasons since they were in middle school, will be producing the event. Bader, who lives in Calabasas, said Sagebrush Cantina is one of his "favorite places in the world" after moving in with his fiancé, who is a Calabasas native, two years ago.

"We even had our engagement party there! I always thought it would be a great place for a comedy show because of the amazing outdoor space and what a popular place it is," he told Patch. "There aren't many shows in the valley, especially this far out. We feel like we can provide LA's best comics to a Calabasas institution!"
