Red Flag Warning Issued for Calabasas

A red flag warning is expected to go into effect this week due to Santa Ana winds and low humidity in Calabasas.
The warning is set to begin Thursday and will last through Sunday evening in the Los Angeles and Ventura county mountains, according to the National Weather Service.Â
Santa Ana winds are forecast to arrive Thursday night through Friday midday, weakening Saturday afternoon. The strongest winds are expected Friday and Saturday mornings.Â
Humidity in the mid-teens to single digits are in the forecast for Friday and single digits Saturday.
Temperatures will be five to 15 degrees above normal, with highs in the lower 90s forecast for Agoura, according to the NWS.
