Sagebrush Cantina Halloween Contest Winners
The Sagebrush Cantina was the weekend haunt for Halloween with two costume contests offering cash prizes. Here are the highlights!
The Sagebrush Cantina was the weekend haunt for Halloween, hosting three nights of spirited entertainment. Saturday's Halloween Bash and Monday's Wicked Halloween included costume contests with cash prizes up to $250.
Costume-clad couples were a highlight of the parties. Wild west gunslingers and saloon gals, pirates with their female booty, and Captain Nelson and Jeannie portraying the TV sitcom were among the crowd's favorites. However, top prize on Saturday night's Halloween Ball went to creative individuals who drew the highest cheers that won them cash prizes. First prize winner was Sumo wrestler Don Smith from Woodland Hills, 2nd prize Marie Antoinette Lee Williams from Tarzana and 3rd prize Day of the Dead ghost Holly Anzalone from Calabasas.
A "Thriller” Halloween Bash, featuring Jeri Curl kicked off the weekend to a packed house. D.J Cali Los got the parties started, spinning discs that ignited the dance floor. Mother Mercy performed live on Saturday.
