Selena Gomez Puts Calabasas Mansion Up For Sale
The 23-year-old pop star's home is on the market for nearly $4.5 million.
Pop star Selena Gomez has put her Calabasas mansion on the market for $4,495,000, according to Variety. The gated, 3.5-acre spread includes a 7,786-square-foot Mediterranean styled main residence with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms “plus a separate and self-contained studio-style guesthouse over a detached two-car garage that includes a full-size kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, and loggia with outdoor fireplace.”
The 23-year-old entertainer, a former Disney star, bought the Calabasas estate in March 2014 for $3,690,000, according to the Variety report. Several intruders attempted to trespass on the property, with one ending up in jail on a federal count.

Refinery.com reports that Gomez lives in the Calabasas property with roommates -- a real estate agent and a non-profit employee.
