Man Killed From Shooting Last Week Identified In San Jose
The incident that claimed the life of Mark Jones, 49, occurred on East Virginia and South Third streets. No arrests have been made.
SAN JOSE, CA -- A man who was shot and killed early Wednesday morning in San Jose has been identified as 49-year-old Mark Jones, according to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office.
Jones was shot at least once at about 1 a.m. in the area of East Virginia and South Third streets, according to police. The medical examiner's office did not have a city of residence for Jones.
He died at the scene and police have not provided further updates about a possible suspect or an arrest.
