Manresa Bread Opens First-of-its-kind Cafe In Campbell
The Los Gatos-based business has become a culinary institution now with its third location -- an all-day cafe in Campbell.

CAMPBELL, CA -- South Bay foodies may rejoice as Manresa Bread Head Baker Avery Ruzicka pulled out all the stops with debuting a new concept for the Los Gatos-based bakery company’s third location -- an all-day café in Campbell.
The cafe is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., featuring an all-star menu of offerings from Ruzicka's house-milled sourdough breads to small plates. Chocolate lovers will enjoy the Hazelnut Panettone and Walnut Babka. And with a company inspired by breakfast, morning runs through 4 p.m.
What's notable is the wide variety of beer, wine and cocktails accompanying tea and coffee.

The culinary institution has two other locations in Los Altos and Los Gatos, the latter closing last summer from a fire but has since reopened.
The next venture for Santa Cruz Chef David Kinch is an Aptos location. The coastal version of the growing empire will be called Mentone, which is due to throw open its doors off Soquel Drive in the early part of next year.
