"I would like to share my opinion on the recent news of a In-N-Out replacing the Elephant Bar on Bascom Avenue. I believe that this project brings a mixture of pros and cons to the table. Implementing this would bring many people to come and buy food here, bringing more profit to the City of Campbell.

"This is also brings really heavy traffic issues. With other establishments around such as Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Depot, Fry's and a highway right there, would cause an extremely unhealthy flow of traffic at that intersection, especially during long weekends and holidays.

"I know that the City of Campbell relies heavily on its food and restaurant to keep people coming to stay and keep the city up and running, but I believe that we should replace the Elephant Bar with another food, dining area, something that would provide a healthy flow of customers but wouldn't clog traffic.

"The city or a newspaper distributor should send an inquiry, or propose a new plan to avoid, traffic accidents, but at the same time, increase cash flow for both the city and the provider."
