South Bay Mosquito Ground Fogging Resumes Thursday Night
The Santa Clara County Vector Control District has scheduled a second round of ground fogging operations overnight Thursday.

SAN JOSE - The Santa Clara County Vector Control District has scheduled ground fogging operations starting at 11 p.m. on Thursday, June 23 until about 2 a.m. on June 24 in an area centered around the intersection of state Highway 87 and Branham Lane in South San Jose.
Mosquitoes carrying the West Nile virus were recently found in the area, the District said last week.
This will be the second spraying done by the county, slated for two new San Jose-area zip codes, and one zip code previously sprayed.
