South Bay Police Seek Suspect Who Inappropriately Touched Child
A 13-year-old girl reported being inappropriately touched and attacked by a male suspect while walking through a park on Tuesday morning.

MILPITAS, CA — South Bay police are searching for a suspect who inappropriately touched a teenage girl at a park Tuesday morning in Milpitas.
According to a news release, a suspect described as a white male between 40 and 50 years old walked up behind a 13-year-old girl who was passing through Murphy Park near Grand Teton Drive and inappropriately touched her over her clothing. He also punched and spat at her, according to police. The victim struck the suspect, who ran away, police said.
The victim reported the incident to a police officer nearby, but officers couldn’t find the suspect. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue sweater, white shirt and dark-colored jeans. He also has crooked yellow teeth, a peeling scabbed facial complexion and a salt and pepper beard, police said.

Police are conducting extra patrols near Murphy Park and asking residents in the area who check their camera systems for anyone matching the suspect’s description.
