Three San Jose Earthquakes, Did You Feel Them?

The USGS reported a 3.2 shake at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday evening.

ALUM ROCK, CA- The United Stated Geological Survey (USGS) reported a 3.2 earthquake just east of San Jose a few minutes before 9 p.m. this evening- the strongest of three back-to-back shakes late Tuesday.

The USGS reports Tuesday evening quakes:

  • At 8:51 p.m. there was a 3.2 magnitude
  • At 8:24 p.m. there was a 2.5 magnitude
  • At 8:23 p.m., there was a 2.4 magnitude

All three centered about 10 miles east of San Jose, 14 miles east of Santa Clara.
