Volunteers Needed For Silicon Valley Classic Tennis Tourney
Volunteering comes with a hefty benefits package that's ideal for the fan who would like to see tennis greats like Venus Williams play.

SAN JOSE, CA — The Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic is seeking volunteers to work the San Francisco Bay Area's premier tennis event scheduled this summer from July 29 to Aug. 4 at San Jose State University.
The tournament is looking for people to work in several areas including court ushers, hospitality village, score team, and more. The qualifying rounds begin July 27 followed by the main draw beginning two days later.
Volunteers receive a benefits package including tournament tickets, a complimentary tournament
uniform, parking, meals and social opportunities.

The Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic asks their volunteers to work a minimum of four shifts, but the timeframes are flexible given the person's work schedule.
With an impressive player field that includes seven‐time Grand Slam champion Venus Williams, two‐time Grand Slam champion Garbine Muguruza, two‐time Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka, French Open semifinalist Amanda Anisimova, and top‐10 players Elina Svitolina and Aryna Sabalenka, the tournament gives volunteers the opportunity to be a part of this growing event.

Now entering its 49th year, the Mubadala Silicon Valley Classic features a 28‐player singles draw as well as a 16‐team doubles draw offers $876,183 in prize money and serves as the opening women's event of the US Open Series.
