The Campbell Civic Improvement Commission has announced its annual student poster contest for all fifth-graders residing in the Orchard City, or attending a public or private school in the city. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. 'I HAVE A DREAM' ESSAY CONTEST

The U.S. District Court for Northern California is inviting South Bay students to enter a civics contest based on the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. The theme of the contest is "50 Years after the March on Washington: What the American Dream Means to Me." Rules, entry forms and other information for the contest are available online at http://www.ce9.uscourts.gov/civicscontest/. Entries are due by April 1.
