Disaster Preparedness Fair Planned Sunday
Is your family ready for El Nino, wildfires and earthquakes? Find out what you need to do in advance, and prepare your survival kit.
The Santa Cruz County CERT Council is sponsoring its 8th annual “Dangers in Paradise” disaster preparedness fair Sunday at the Home Depot store on 41st Avenue.
The event will coincide with the Home Depot Home Safety Fair, providing information on how to prepare you and your family to plan for and survive major disasters such as fires, earthquakes and severe storms.
There will be hands on demonstrations and information available from fire departments, law enforcement and other agencies involved in emergency and disaster preparedness.

The fair takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2015 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
