Keisha enrolled local business professionals to create the United Way Emerging Leaders Circle, the next generation of business and civic leaders committed to philanthropy and service throughout Santa Cruz County. Their “Connect. Serve. Lead.” model has received national recognition and is becoming one of the fastest growing leadership groups for United Way throughout the nation.
