Free Rides Home Offered To New Year's Revelers In Capitola
Now in its 27th year, the program through the local police department is for Capitola residents.
CAPITOLA, CA – Capitola Police Department volunteers will provide free rides to those who feel impaired on New Year's Eve -- a free service now in its 27 year.
The safe-ride program is a joint effort from the department's volunteers and police explorers, with the eight-person shuttle van donated for the evening courtesy of Auto World of Santa Cruz. See below for details ...
