CAPITOLA-Capitola Police are reminding local merrymakers that officers are offering New Year’s Eve free rides for folks who’ve had too much of a good thing.

Police will give residents of Capitola, Live Oak, Soquel and Sea Cliff a free ride home from 9 p.m. - 3 a.m.
