Helicopters Comb the Beaches Between Aptos and Capitola Looking for Missing Teen

A bicycle belonging to missing Aptos teen Nate Phillips was found in the town at Seacliff and State Park drives , but the 17-year-old who went missing Monday night hasn't been found. The bike was found at 10 p.m. Thursday.

Helicopters flew over the coast Friday looking for him, but with no luck yet.

Sheriff's officers are looking for Nate Phillips, 17, of Aptos, who was last seen Monday night after he took off on his bicycle.

He told the family he was "going off on an adventure" with limited supplies on his bicycle. He hasn't been heard from since.

He's 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
