Santa Cruz Indivisible Holds Resistance Open House March 18

Find out how you can participate in "every day activism" to peacefully respond to the initiatives of the new Congress and Administration,

Santa Cruz Indivisible (SCI) is holding a Resistance Open House for area citizens who are concerned about the Republican agenda, and want to do something about it. This event is March 18, 2 pm – 5 pm, at the Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium, 307 Church St, Santa Cruz.

You will be able to find out how you can participate in "every day activism" to peacefully respond to the initiatives of the new Congress and Administration, resist the implementation of those initiatives, and restore our country as the beacon of freedom the way our founders imagined it.

At the event, you will able to speak with representatives from over two dozen different SCI working groups who are already doing fantastic work in their focus area, and find out what actions you can participate in. The issues that our groups are focused on range from environmental affairs and science, to human and civil rights, to local and national politics, to health and social security.

SCI is an informed citizenry based on real facts, dialoguing about what is in the best interest of all of our citizens and engaging our elected officials to represent those interests in the larger context of our country. We are in this for a marathon, not a sprint.

Admission is free and a $5 donation is suggested. For your free ticket, click here.
