CAPITOLA, CA — The Capitola Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man suspected of taking pictures of a woman in a Kohl's restroom.
The suspect was allegedly snapping images of the woman on Nov. 15 in the store's restroom at Capitola Mall.
The man was caught on video surveillance and police have released the attached still images.
