$5M Office Building Sold in Carlsbad

The approximately 30,720-square-foot Nogal Plaza office building, at 2055 Corte del Nogal in Carlsbad 92011, has been sold for $5 million.

The buyer was Lloyd H. Wells, trustee of the Lloyd H. Wells Gift Trust, 17083 Old Coach Road, Poway 92064.

The two-story building was constructed in 1988 on a 3-acre lot.

The property was sold in December 2005 for $5.06 million.
