Welcome to my Carlsbad Real Estate Weekly Wrap-Up, where I present the homes that sold in our city over the past week. Also included in my Wrap-Up is the Altos Research Report. Now, on to last week’s sales. During the week of 2/15/16 - 2/21/16 there were a total of 6 sales, a HUGE 11 sale decrease from the week before. This is an unprecedented number of sales for the entire city, even with Monday being the President’s Day holiday. For some perspective, the same week last year there were 20 sales. Why the slowdown, and is this the beginning of a trend or an anomaly? We will look next week and find out. Here is a breakdown of those sales, by zip code:

- 92010 - 0 (a 2 sale decrease from the week before)
