Welcome to my Carlsbad Real Estate Weekly Wrap-Up, where I present the homes that sold in our city over the past week. Also included in my Wrap-Up is the Altos Research Report. Now, on to this week’s sales. During the week of 2/1/16 - 2/7/16, there were a total of 20 sales, a 2 sale increase over the week before. Click here to view brief details of each sale as well as a summary of all of the sales. Very interesting mix of sales. Both 92008 and 92009 were down from the previous week, 92010 was the same, and there was a very sizable increase in 92011. Here is a breakdown of those sales, by zip code:
- 92008 - 1 (a 5 sale decrease from the week before)
- 92009 - 8 (a 1 sale decrease from the week before)
- 92010 - 2 (no change from the week before)
- 92011 - 9 (an 8 sale increase over the week before)
