2016
- Total sales - 89
- Average days on market - 36
- Average sales price - $705,140
- Average sales price/square foot - $362
In January prices were down year-over-year for the first time in a very long time. February saw a return to the norm - prices were up 10% over February 2015. Sales were down simply due to a lack of available inventory. Buyers are out there, they're just not finding homes. If you are a home buyer, are you experiencing this phenomenon?

Now, on to last week’s sales. During the week of 2/29/16 - 3/6/16 there were a total of 24 sales, an 8 sale increase over the week before. Click here to view brief details of each sale as well as a summary of all of the sales. All zip codes except 92010 experienced sales increases over the week before, led by 92011 with a huge 7 sale increase. Here is a breakdown of those sales, by zip code:
- 92008 - 3 (a 1 sale increase over the week before)
- 92009 - 12 (a 4 sale increase over the week before)
- 92010 - 1 (a 4 sale decrease from the week before)
- 92011 - 8 (a 7 sale increase over the week before)
