Corsair Properties LP of Yorba Linda has purchased a Carlsbad industrial property, currently leased by TaylorMade Golf, for $5.6 million.
The 26,811-square-foot property, with industrial and research and development space, is located at 3182 Lionshead Ave., in the Carlsbad Raceway Business Park.
The property was built on 1.87 acres in 2007. Colliers said it is fully leased to the golf products maker, which will continue to occupy the building for a remaining three-year lease.
