California Team Arrives in Williamsport for Little League World Series

The Sweetwater Valley Little League 12 year old All-Stars have arrives in Williamsport, Penn. for the 2015 Little League World Series.
They earned their trip to the Series by winning the West Region Championship Saturday night over a team from Hawaii. The victors headed straight to LAX for a flight to the Big Apple, and then a bus trip to Williamsport.
The team’s first game will be Thursday against the winner of the Great Lakes title--Bowling Green Eastern Little League from Kentucky. You can watch the game on ESPN2 or streamed online.

The Sweetwater Valley All-Stars, from Bonita in southern San Diego County, are collecting donations to help defray costs.
The Little League World Series takes place Aug. 20 - 30.
