Michael T. Pines was also sentenced in two criminal cases, according to a report.
Carlsbad attorney Michael T. Pines was disbarred on Nov. 16, according to a North County Times report.
According to the newspaper, Pines was also sentenced in two criminal cases that "involved charges of stalking, violating a restraining order, sending an extortion letter, practicing law with a suspended license and trespassing."
