Carlsbad High School Vocal Music Program presents A SoCal Snow Holiday Show

Holiday fun for the whole family, December 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.

Students from Carlsbad High School’s award-winning vocal music program will ring in the holidays with their first concert of the year on December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. All four choirs, lead by Director Jessie Bullock, will perform a variety of jazzy carols and seasonal songs to get you in a very merry mood! Student-created and directed numbers will also be featured. Special guest show choir, “Sound Sensations” from Calavera Hills Middle School, will perform a medley of songs from Frozen each night. It will be an evening of great music and holiday cheer for everyone!

Pre-show carols and silent auction begin at 6pm. Show time is at 7pm at the Carlsbad Cultural Arts Center. Advanced reserved seating tickets are $15 online at http://www.itsmyseat.com/chsholiday . Same-day tickets will be available at the CCAC box office one hour prior to each show. Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for K-12 students, faculty and staff. Proceeds benefit all CHS choirs and help offset the costs of musical arrangements, competition fees, vocal clinicians, costumes, and so much more.

The Carlsbad High School Vocal Music Program consists of four choirs: Chamber Singers (elite mixed choir), Sound Express (advanced mixed show choir), Encore (advanced women’s show choir) and Lancer Choir (beginning mixed choir). There are over 100 students between the ages of 14 – 18 who benefit from this program. The CHS Vocal Music Program is one of the few remaining programs in all of San Diego County and is proud to bring awareness, appreciation, and expression of the arts to the local community.
