Carlsbad Linebacker to Play Football at Stanford University

Carlsbad senior linebacker Jordan Perez has accepted a scholarship to play football at Stanford University next year. The upcoming senior selected the Cardinal over offers from Boise State, Washington, UCLA, and Miami.

Perez had seven sacks and 64 tackles last season, according to U-T San Diego. As a tight end for the Lancers, he also 16 catches for almost 400 yards and four TDs.
