City Officials Remove Cross from Veterans Park
A 15-foot wooden cross that was placed in a city park without permission was removed on Tuesday.

CARLSBAD, CA - City of Carlsbad officials followed through Tuesday on a warning notice to remove a 15-foot wooden cross that was placed in a city park without permission, according to reports.
The cross was erected on undeveloped hiking trails in Veterans Park by an unknown person a couple weeks ago.
City officials posted a warning notice that the cross must be removed, so when it was still standing on Tuesday the city took it down and placed it in storage, according to reports.
