Crash Blocks I-5 Lane In North County

CARLSBAD, CA -- A two-car crash blocked a lane Sunday on Interstate in North County. The incident was reported at 11:48 a.m. on northbound Interstate 5 near state Route 78, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP log said the first lane was blocked as an ambulance responded to the scene.
Drivers may experience delays in the area.
