Eureka! Opens In Carlsbad: Need Dinner Plans?
The burger-and-craft-brew eatery puts a modern twist on starters, salads and burgers, plus offers signature cocktails.
CARLSBAD, CA – Eureka!, a restaurant with an upscale, burger-and-bar menu, opened its newest location Monday in Bressi Ranch's new LIFT project in Carlsbad.
Eureka! specializes in amped-up American classics with such offerings as Mac N’ Cheese Balls featuring a housemade beer cheese sauce and Fresno chiles, and a Fresno Fig Burger with fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomatoes, red onion, arugula, tossed in the spicy porter mustard. Beverage options at Eureka! include craft beer, regional wines, a selection of more than 40 small-batch whiskeys and specialty cocktails – such as the "Eureka! Punch," which takes three days to make.
Hours at the eatery at 6021 Innovation Way in Carlsbad are: Mondays to Wednesday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Fridays - 11 a.m. to midnight; Saturdays - 10 a.m. to midnight; and Sundays - 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. Find the new Eureka! here on Facebook.
