'Jingle in the Season' with Carlsbad High School's Vocal Music Program

Holiday cheer for the whole family this week, December 4th, 5th and 6th

Carlsbad High School’s award-winning vocal music program presents “Jingle in the Season” this Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Carlsbad Cultural Arts Center.

All four choirs, lead by Director Jessie Bullock, will perform seasonal favorites in a variety of styles from beautiful a capella pieces to choreographed show choir songs.

Special guest performances by Valley Middle School’s Show Stoppers on Thursday, Calavera Hills Middle School’s Sound Sensations on Friday, and members of the ASL classes every night. It will be a night of excellent choirs, great music, and holiday fun for all!

Shows start at 7pm at the Carlsbad Cultural Arts Center. Reserved seating tickets are $10 for Thursday and Friday shows, and $15 for the Saturday show.

Proceeds benefit all CHS choirs by offsetting the costs of competition fees, vocal clinicians, and so much more. Tickets are available at the CCAC box office one hour prior to each show.

The CHS Vocal Music Program consists of four choirs: Chamber singers (advanced mixed choir), Sound Express (advanced mixed show choir), Encore (intermediate women’s show choir) and Lancer Choir (beginning mixed choir).

This program is one of the few remaining programs in all of San Diego County and strives to promote awareness, appreciation, and expression of the arts in our community.

The CHS Choral Boosters are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization (tax ID #30-0208051) established to support all choirs at Carlsbad High School.
