Luxury Condo Project Takes Step Foward
The project to build luxury condominiums on Ocean Street received funding, according to a report.
The luxury condominiums project received secured $13 million in equity, according to a U-T San Diego report.
The funding will go toward demolishing the current building at 2303 Ocean St. in order to build 35 luxury condominiums, according to the newspaper.
