Management Firm Chosen For New Development

The Prescott Companies, an Associa company, has been named as the management firm for the new 1 Channel Island community by Shea Homes. According to the company, Prescott’s relationship with Shea Homes began more than 20 years ago and they are thrilled to continue providing Shea with customer service.

“Shea Homes is a premier builder and we’re proud to have been chosen to manage what is sure to be a sought-after community,” says Prescott President Gloria Todisco. “It’s always great to begin management during development because it gives us a chance to meet each new family that comes into the neighborhood.”

1 Channel Island will have about 65 homes when complete. It’s located in Carlsbad, only a mile from the ocean and not far from the Del Mar racetrack. The Prescott Companies will provide full management services, including financial, community management, communications, and administrative services.
