Ocean Villas Sold for $7.3 Million

The eight-unit beachfront apartment building is currently used for vacation rentals.

According to a report in the San Diego Business Journal:

Eden Properties LLC of Los Angeles has purchased Ocean Villas for $7.3 million which is $912,500 per unit, or $784.95 per-square-foot. 

The building, at 2895 Ocean St., was completed in 1971 and renovated in 2005.
