Phil Mickelson Stops By Callaway in Carlsbad with the Claret Jug
The San Diegan dropped by with the oldest trophy in golf, which he won Sunday by capturing the 2013 British Open title.
San Diegan Phil MIckelson always tries to make a return to his hometown after winning big tournaments. He did just that on Wednesday, as he dropped by Callaway Golf in Carlsbad with his newest piece of silverware: The Claret Jug.Â
Mickelson shot a 5-under 66 to come from five shots back to win his first ever Open Championship. He birdied four out of the last six holes on Sunday.Â
