Where To Vote In Carlsbad: Election Polling Places, Hours
Find your polling place and hours, as well as where to drop off vote-by-mail ballots across San Diego County.
CARLSBAD, CA — Election Day is Tuesday, March 3, but early and vote-by-mail voting is already underway for the Presidential Primary Election in California.
If you're casting a ballot in person, it's important to show up at the correct polling place.
Use San Diego County's online locator by entering your address. Polling places can change from election to election, so it's best to double check before heading to the poll, according to the San Diego County Registrar of Voters.

If you're voting by mail, drop off your vote-by-mail ballot at any polling place, voting center or vote-by-mail drop-off box. There are 62 drop-off sites throughout the county, including the Registrar of Voters office at 5600 Overland Ave. in San Diego.
Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. on Election Day in California. Ballots must be handed in by the time polls close, according to the Secretary of State. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
