Traffic Alert: Expect Delays In North County

SAN DIEGO, CA -- A SigAlert was issued Wednesday afternoon in North County. The California Highway Patrol issued the alert around 4 p.m. for the area surrounding North Twin Oaks Valley Road and East Olive Street in San Marcos.

Lanes in the area were closed, CHP said.

Elsewhere in North County, a crash was reported around 4:16 on westbound state Route 78 near Emerald Drive.
