The Young Americans Are Coming to San Diego!!!

Sing, Dance, Perform & Act at The Young Americans Summer Camp

Don’t miss out on The Young Americans Summer Camp open to students, 3rd Grade-College! The camp will take place July 17-21, 2018 at Calavera Hills Middle School in Carlsbad, CA and will be the ONLY Young Americans Summer Camp in San Diego County this summer. This high-energy, comprehensive performing arts summer camp includes instruction, classes, and workshops in voice, dance, comedy improvisation, songwriting, performance techniques, sound, and lighting. Participants are divided into three age groups to learn age-specific material. By learning a show in just 5 days, students are able to learn teamwork, discover their individual potential, and walk away with a huge sense of accomplishment at the end of the week, all in an encouraging and positive atmosphere that The Young Americans foster and provide. More details about the Summer Camp can be found at, https://reg.youngamericans.org... No prior performing experience is necessary and scholarships are available by online application, thanks to TYAs partnership with The County Music Association Foundation. The final shows will be on July 21st at Calavera Hills Middle School at 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM and are open to community members. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Thanks to Carlsbad High School Choral Department for hosting this wonderful program.
