Some deadlines have already passed — here are the next ones to beat.
BAY AREA — If you have loved ones in the military overseas, sadly, you have already missed the shipping deadlines to get your packages to them by Christmas.
More deadlines are looming this week. Here are the upcoming shipping deadlines from the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS.

The U.S. Postal Service has projected that it will ship 800 million packages between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day in 2019. Seasonal workers are hired for the increased workload, and the Postal Service has expanded Sunday delivery.
