Are You Missing A Duck? Here's Where To Claim It
A tame duck wandered onto a school campus in Castro Valley Thursday. If it belongs to you, here's where it's been taken.
CASTRO VALLEY, CA — While high school students are counting down to winter break, a tame duck decided to spend the day at Castro Valley High School.
The duck wandered onto the campus, and the staff there is hoping to find the owner so they can be reunited. Jennifer Oliver tells Patch, "The duck may have wandered onto campus from a local home near Santa Maria Avenue, Wilson Avenue, Mabel Avenue, Lux Avenue or Redwood Road. It appears to be in good condition and is now in the care of a local resident who does duck and chicken rescue."
A resident said on Nextdoor that the duck was spotted on Garrison Avenue last night.

Jennifer Oliver is withholding a description of the duck, so that only the owners will be able to identify it.
If you can "quack" this case, email Phillip Henderson, phillip.henderson@vca.com who now has the chicken.
